Happens extremely often and it’s not just a connection issue because I plenty of other mobile games and they do not disconnect. Would be greatly appreciated if this was fixed. Either get enough servers to allow the almost continuous need to connect back to them or reduce the server call backs. ### 3/5 — Hat Potential *2023-08-27* Das Spiel an sich ist sehr gut und kreativ aber es stürzt einfach unfassbar oft ab und man kommt dann kaum wieder rein was extrem nervt und den Spielspaß komplett zerstört ! Ich habe ein aktuelles Handy mit top Internet, also durchgehend 5g und trotzdem kommt man einfach oft und lange nicht rein ! Was dann noch leider hinzukommt ist das man sehr viel Geld zahlen müsste um wirklich guten stuff zu bekommen ! Nicht mal kleine Pakete für wenig Geld wird angeboten! Das spielt hätte trotzdem von mir 5* bekommen aber das es oft abstürzt bekommt es nur 3* . The only problem that I have seen is that there aren’t any ui scaling options for the iPhone X that account for the notch in the screen which can cover some important elements like enemy health. Atrapalha muito fazer pvp assim ### 1/5 — Very hard for new players *2024-10-25, version 3.6.3* In the arena I’m fighting people with maxed purple units and with all units legendary runes in bronze tier. That will take atleast a couple of months for a new FTP player just to get out of bronze? The game does not have any catch up mechanics for new players or any good reward system to get thru the initial campaign. The game is basically setup now to service some of the older players who pay consistently and that is it. It’s basically impossible for new players to catch up unless they are whales. The game design is really nice and it’s what made me start the game but the game does not care about new players. At all. I have videos of the skills in game interacting and nobody can explain what is happening because they work some times, and don’t others. Dev hasn’t responded to a support request for weeks. Now its a complete mess with a big Russian group cheating and using exploits. And the developpers are not doing anything to adress this and ignore everyone. Some people spent upward of 30k$ in this game yet the value of their spending is diminished by the cheaters. And the devs completely ignore the issue and its player base. Drop rates are in the 0.2 - 0.5 % chance until you empty an entire vault so beware. Customer service is also pretty non functional, attempted to recoup missing cards and stones during pulls and received a really generic response, but alas i still play as ive been playing on and off for far too many years. Just be careful spending. I should also mention to the devs that whatever you did to reduce the titan animations makes absolutely zero sense.
