In my opinion, the app is useless if it’s only used to gain “points”. I ordered 2 lava lamps for my kids and hope theirs no “vibrator advertising flyers” in that shipping box or we got trouble. ### 1/5 — Won’t even let me log in *2025-04-08, version 1.6.5* I just don’t understand this, I know my number and password and it’s just not working. when I do the reset password (which I already know I don’t even need to do) it will tell me the number is invalid or just say it can’t be reset, I went in stores YESTERDAY and used the same number. Tell me why I put in my phone number and the employees can see the reward but they had me try to look at the rewards in the app and couldn’t find it. I didn’t need an update and my data was on. Luckily they were kind and put it through anyways. Which was exactly why I got the app, to shop in the app not the website. Came home to claim points to I made an account. Came back months later and it’s not even working to log in. What a strange app. ### 1/5 — Creating an account *2026-05-29* This app makes things complicated when creating an account on it. It wants our date of birth which if they want that they should have it set up that we type in our date of birth only not the way it is set up. Also I am not familiar with what all it asks because the date of birth is where I have gotten stuck at all because of the way it is set up. I was born January 01st, 1915 and the app's oldest year is 1920. It's pointless and it's not keeping track of my purchases like I was told it would. I bought a bunch of gauges and was told I could bring them back whenever I need to size up! Great! Right? No. It doesn't keep the receipt like it should so I'm going to have receipt stapled to receipt stapled to receipt whenever I size up/change it out. How are you supposed to keep track of that without a stack of papers piling up. I got one punch on my card despite giving them my phone number and showing them my app. So the 2 free shirts I should have qualified for were not received. They also did not apply my $20 off a purchase over $70 promo code. This app is basically the tee shirt and jewelry loyalty punch cards. It doesn’t text or email me constantly like other shopping apps do. I will get random coupons in my rewards tab as well. It’s a great app to have if you like the tee shirts at Spencer’s or wear the jewelry. I see why people are upset about the expiration date but with this you are now able to get points online I think? That wayyy offsets the expiration dates and gives us so many more options when purchasing. Love this app and the accessibility of it. Just needed to make a truthful review so all these negative Nancy’s can hopefully look at the glass half full and not focus on one negative thing that isn’t even that bad. ### 5/5 — Simple, straightforward *2023-12-14, version 1.4.1* The app works as intended. I had the sign in error another reviewer had, which was a simple solution: redownload the app to clear the cache, then simply click forgot password and ‘reset’ it to the password you wanted to begin with. (Yes, the code doesnt work on sign up, but password reset is fine for who knows what reason.)
