Very simple input: set up the ‘project’, then list the folk (not via contacts, just your list), then add a cost with who paid, how much and which members need to contribute. Check the summary at any time then send the final one, to get the minimum number of settlements.
And not only is it free, it’s doesn’t want to connect to any other part of your phone. No card/bank; it’s simple and very useful.

Almost there
Overall this works well providing a simple way of keep tracking of who owes who when splitting payments. The fonts colours used do not provide sufficient contrast to be easily readable, at least for my old eyes. One bug is that when entering the payment amount the first number entered does not register. Overall it work well for a 2 week week holiday with multiple payments. I would have been happy to have paid for this App.
