## What is Spendable?

What can I spend today without going broke before payday?
Spendable answers that with one number, recalculated every morning from your real balance. No bank login. No account. No server. Everything stays on your phone.

HOW IT WORKS
Tell it three things: your balance, your payday, and any bills due before then. Spendable holds back the bills and your buffer, divides what's left by the days remaining, and shows you today's figure.
Spend less today and tomorrow's number rises by itself. Spend more and it drops. There is no envelope system, no categories to maintain, and nothing to reconcile.

CAN I AFFORD THIS?
Type an amount and get an answer with the consequence attached — "Yes, but every remaining day drops to $97.77, down from $111.11." A flat "no" is reserved for a purchase that would break your bills.

HONEST BY DESIGN
Figures always round down. The promise is "you can spend this and still be fine", and a number that rounds up is a lie by a cent.
Logging a spend never moves today's target — it only uses it up. Paying a bill never changes your spendable figure, because that money was never yours to spend.

PRIVACY
No account. No analytics. No ads. No tracking. Spendable never connects to your bank and has no server of its own. Your balance, bills and history live in a database on your device. Erase all data in Settings and it is gone, immediately and permanently.
Spendable is an arithmetic tool, not financial advice. Its figures are only as accurate as the numbers you enter.

Spendable Plus is an auto-renewing monthly subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase and renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel in Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
