## What is SpendDiary?

You can easily manage all your daily expenses and spends during your business trips. Many times the receipts get torn or lost. Just click the photo of the receipt and add it to the app then you don't have to manually store the receipts of your business spends. Request for the reimbursement of all your business trip expenses. If you are a business owner and have to keep receipts in the long run for taxation purpose, you can store it in the app and email them. Expenses will be exported in the PDF format and will be attached to the mail. You can send unlimited emails of your spends using SpendDiary's premium feature.

Categories
There are different categories of the expenses which helps you to categorize your expenses easily.

Track Your Expenses and Trips
You can add and manage your Expenses and all the spends during your business trips
You can categorize your expenses into different categories like Hotel, Medical, Food etc.

Reimbursement Request
You can send the request for the reimbursement for which you have paid earlier.
All the selected expense/trips will be exported in the pdf and will be sent through Emails.

Unlimited Emails of Expense Reports
Using SpendDiary's premium feature you can send multiple Emails of your Expense Reports.

- Now you can add your actual payment partially as you spent it in Trip Expenses.
- Also you can view payment mode (i.e. Cash, Card, Other) wise amount summary for a trip.

- In Expense, you can assign Budget to folder.

- Enjoy new feature of adding budget amount and update it later as Actual amount when you actually spend it.
- Now you can filter and sort expenses under Trip. 
- Divided "Yet to spend" expenses and "Actual spent" expenses under trip, mark "Yet to spend" amount as "Actual spent", when you actually spend it. 
- No need to exit application for amount calculation, Use newly added inbuilt calculator inside SpendDiary application.

1. Now you can create folders under "Expense" to separate out your selective expenses. So that you can find them quickly by single click on respective folder.
2. You will get the date format in application as per your device region.

- We have introduced various types of expense categories which will cover all of your daily as well as business expense types.
- You can add your own customised category under "Custom" category option.

1. Now you can copy existing expense records and edit it to reduce time consumed in entering similar values.

3. Now you can filter the required record and can select it for archive & email purpose.
