### 1/5 — Needs major makeover

*2021-02-03, version 1.17.0*

The app doesn’t even communicate with the site! Activities etc that are submitting on the website does not show on the app.

### 1/5 — Garbage

*2020-12-22*

- Keeps logging me out, forcing me to re-enter my password even when I’ve enabled Face ID. Also they force you to change your password way too frequently
- It never remembers any dependents that left I’ve added in the app, so I keep having to re-enter them every time.
- Nearly impossible to contact support for claims with any issues. And when I have been able to find a support option on the website no one ever answers.
- Wish there was one screen for just the current year of remaining and total claims submitted rather than this weird screen with multiple years that I don’t care about.

Flex care accounts are lame idea to begin with but, since this app is all about people being able to get paid for health/dependent care claims why not try to make it easier for people? It’s our money!

### 1/5 — Really stupid app

*2020-12-08, version 1.17.0*

This app is completely useless.

### 1/5 — Stupid

*2020-11-13, version 1.17.0*

Come back when you know how to make an app

### 1/5 — Major Issues

*2020-09-29, version 1.17.0*

Every time I try to use this app, I have password issues. It never accepts the password I used during the last login and the link it takes you to to reset it always has an error.

### 1/5 — Don’t bother wasting the space on your phone. Useless, just like the FSA cards they provide

*2020-08-07*

App is horribly antiquated and not intuitive, just like their processes and procedures. This company gives you an FSA card and then requires you to document everything just like accounts that do not have a card. With other company/TPA FSA cards, when FSA “debit” card is used at a doctor’s office, that’s the end of it. The point of the card is to make it easier. There is no point in having a card if the account is administered as if there’s no card. Just like there’s no point to having this app; apps are intended to make mobile use easier. This app’s design is actually worse than the company website (which sets the bar extremely low to begin to with)

### 1/5 — Zero stars! Completely useless

*2020-06-22, version 1.15.1*

I completely agree with the other review! That is the point of having an app that will not let you see your balance? HOW? Who thought this was a good idea. This app literally only shows you your claims but you can’t submit any claims or check your balance. Let’s take this app down finish it and then put it back because these seems like a half completed project.

### 1/5 — Garbage

*2020-06-17, version 1.15.1*

This application is absolutely garbage. Cannot see my balance, can’t submit a receipt. Don’t even know why it exists. Are they ever going to fix this?

### 1/5 — Can’t access camera

*2020-06-06, version 1.15.1*

Aw man, I used the previous version so easily. This version is saying I need to give it access to the camera, brings me to the app settings, but then no camera option is offered! So I’m stuck and will have to go old school online. Bummer. Please update this update so it is functional! Thank you!!

### 1/5 — Why even make an app?

*2020-04-03, version 1.14.0*

I used my card, submitted a receipt not 20 minutes later. Open the app up 2 weeks later and that submission is completely missing and I need to validate again. So I have been trying to submit a receipt for weeks. It says upload error every time... had to go to the website. Why do I have this app?

### 1/5 — RN

*2020-04-02, version 1.13.0*

I use 10 computer programs daily at work. When they changed to this app I can’t obtain the information I need and end up having to call. Terrible app

### 1/5 — Receipt Upload Error??

*2020-03-31, version 1.13.0*

I upload and send photos from my phone multiple times a day without errors, yet the first timeI use this app to upload a photo of a receipt, it gives me an upload error. I don’t know if your service is down because of CoronaVirus or the app is just plain buggy, but don’t peddle something as “more convenient” if it’s not.

### 1/5 — Download this app to throw your phone

*2020-03-10, version 1.13.0*

It doesn’t work. It’s incredible how bad it is. Someone bad at this made it. Specifically, you can do nothing with it.

### 1/5 — Barely useable

*2020-02-22, version 1.13.0*

This would be a great way to submit claims. However it’s almost impossible to take a picture of the receipt. When I try to upload it I get an error message. So I logged out and tried my phone instead of my tablet and it gave me a message “internal server broken” or something like that. I guess I’ll try tomorrow.

### 1/5 — Basic stuff not working

*2020-02-18, version 1.13.0*

Only able to submit a claim and in that also it doesn’t give u all the options for selection of type of claim in the drop down list

The plus sign to see the claim details are not expanding

Doesn’t show the account summary as well

### 1/5 — Useless

*2020-02-14, version 1.13.0*

Sooo frustrating. When trying to save time by uploading reimbursement receipts straight to the app, I get an “upload error” message probably 90% of the time despite a perfect internet connection. Waste of time.

### 1/5 — Useless app

*2020-01-17, version 1.12.0*

Does nothing

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Trash

*2022-03-07, version 1.17.0*

Can’t even login in

### 1/5 — Useless

*2022-02-04, version 1.17.0*

I wish I could give it 0 stars… I downloaded despite the bad rating because the website is useless too, but nope. Doesn’t work.

### 1/5 — Can’t submit a claim anymore!!!

*2022-01-21, version 1.17.0*

Was an ok app. Didn’t have everything but was functional. Now when trying to submit claim no matter what date I tried says invalid!!! Had no problem in June and don’t a version changes since then. Basically worthless now!!

### 1/5 — Not useful

*2021-12-10, version 1.17.0*

Not very useful. Just shows recent claims. I was hoping to submit claims and info for swipes that need validation, which could have been convenient to do from phone. Now I have to take a pic on phone, email it to myself and submit from PC.

### 1/5 — Very useless

*2021-11-09, version 1.17.0*

Both their app and webpage are super useless. Worst financing company, stay away

### 1/5 — Takes 30 minutes to get a pin that expires in 10

*2021-08-04, version 1.17.0*

Multi factor authentication is not helpful when it takes 30 plus minutes to get a pin that expires in 10 minutes

### 1/5 — 👎

*2021-03-17, version 1.17.0*

Impossible to log in. Horrible app

### 1/5 — Outdated app.

*2021-03-14, version 1.17.0*

Needs updating ASAP

### 1/5 — Crap App

*2021-03-03, version 1.17.0*

This app has limited functionality. I can enter a claim for only myself, but only certain types. I can enter a claim for General Medical but I can’t for Physical Therapy. I can’t enter claims for dependents AT ALL.

Also, partially eligible expenses show up as ineligible. For example, I had about $300 available in my FSA and submitted an EOB that showed $500 of expenses. The app showed me that this claim was “ineligible” and my available balance zeroed out.

### 1/5 — Worst app ever

*2021-03-01, version 1.17.0*

This is by the worst app. Wage Works forces you to use their app that never works. You’re not able to click and open anything. You would think in this day age, you would think Wage Works, would actually hire app developers who know how to develop an app that actually functions.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Claim Help

*2020-08-18, version 1.17.0*

I was never been instructed on how to file a claim or how to work my FSA by my company. When I called and Otis walked me through the entire process I was very pleased. The app is very clear and easily understood.

### 5/5 — Works as Intended

*2018-07-16*

It works just like the website. There's nothing to really complain about other than the visual design of the app, but what can you expect when it comes to medical apps?

Anyone complaining about two minor pops-ups during the submission is accessing it way, waaaaaaay too often to even be bothered by it.

Keep working, team. No technically complaints here.

### 5/5 — Uploading made easy

*2018-06-30, version 1.0.0*

This app made uploading a receipt so easy! Don’t be fooled by the negative reviews. The Texflex website made it so hard to upload a receipt and this made uploading easier.

### 5/5 — Mobile Claims Now Available!!

*2017-10-24, version 1.0.0*

You can now submit claims through the app! Nice functionality to have and more than what was available on the previous mobile app!!

### 5/5 — Works now

*2017-10-20, version 1.0.0*

There were problems when it was first out (see older reviews) however it is working correctly now. It reflects the correct balance; shows status of claims; and allows log in via password or fingerprint.

### 5/5 — Seem to have worked out the kinks.

*2017-10-18*

I experienced some of the same snags as the early reviews on here but today noticed that my account balances are accurate and I was able to use the fingerprint login feature.

I know Wageworks has other highly rated apps so hopefully the transition of users to this new app will continue to improve participant experiences with nice features such as mobile claim upload.

### 4/5 — Kept getting “upload error” on app

*2020-03-13, version 1.13.0*

but was able to successfully upload claim on the website

### 4/5 — Faster submission than website

*2019-07-31*

Program allows me to submit claims and check their status as well as my balance, and does this well.

I would like a future version to store my spouse info, though. “Add a dependent” for each of my wife’s claims is a pain - why won’t it save this info?

### 4/5 — Easy & Convenient

*2019-02-22, version 1.2.0*

App doesn’t do more than allow you to submit claims but that’s the most important feature. You can also see status of claims and value of account. Makes submitting claims easier than using the desktop version.

### 3/5 — Needs a little more work

*2021-09-09, version 1.17.0*

It is a problem when you have to go to the website to upload photos or files rather than just do it on the app. Not everyone has a printer right there.
