I also don’t like that the watch app doesn’t tell you your current balance. It only tells you income/expense you have to do the math to know how much money you have. ### 3/5 — Great UI! *2017-12-02, version 2.0.4* I love the app. The only thing that’s bothering me is that the balance from the last month doesn’t immediately carry over to the next month. But you can still see the total cash in the wallets tab. Not sure how to bring this to their attention? Otherwise app is excellent and just what I was searching for, a spend tracking app with a beautiful user interface! Just need transfers to actually work 🤔 ### 4/5 — Great app *2017-02-04, version 2.0.4* Works great on iPhone and Apple Watch. It's easy to add income or expense through Watch which saves time. Phone app is easy to use. I like how it breaks it up by different days that makes it easy to find things. Would love to see Ability to see year totals for income and expense for past years to see how much I made and spent last year. On the charts page I'd be nice to have option to see that in a year view too to easily see how much you spent on a category ### 4/5 — Enjoy using the app, missing a bit *2017-01-03, version 2.0.4* This app is clean and functions for the most part. Occasional crashes. I like using it, so I bought the premium for 1.99 and I don't regret it but I do wish we could add a budget to eat expense category so we can keep track of how much we are allowed to spend. One issue I am constantly having that is driving me crazy is that the app crashes randomly and it won't start up. It will continue to crash on start up which has led me to reinstall the app multiple times and continuously backup my data through ICloud. If you are you using the free versio. It doesn't automatically load 2016 it loads 2015 and it always exits by itself whenever I amend a transaction. Please fix. Otherwise good app, user friendly. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Could be Nice App BUT *2019-12-17, version 2.0.4* I wanted a number only password but if you turn on the password feature it will do Touch ID AND the number ... so if you want it real secure , say from your spouse who probably has their Touch ID ... well it’s useless. Also I backed up to iCloud Drive but I cannot find where the backup is and they will NOT respond to my query. So support sucks. Rating dropped and will search for a better app. -------------------------------- First off.. this app is great! Does what it says and works well with the Watch (why I got the app) - keep in mind all non-native apps have a lag time, I can't wait until it can become native. Only thing it needs is a checkbox or toggle on the iPhone app to mark a transaction as reconciled. So why, for the love of God, did someone decide to “fix” what wasn’t broken by stripping it of all its best features? Why??? I just don’t understand why this app was stripped of its Apple Watch capability. It isn’t just stunted, now it doesn’t install on the watch AT ALL. Just...Why??? However, I recently bought a new phone and found out that the app doesn’t support data migration from my old phone to my new phone. Hope the dev team updates this app soon. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Get it !!! *2019-08-15, version 2.0.4* I’ve been trying out different apps to help myself manage my finances easily and almost effortless but I always came across overly complicated apps that made my head hurt by just looking at it. This is by far the best app I have come across to. If you want something simple and effortless to record your expenses THIS IS THE APP FOR YOU! If you have an Apple Watch, this is the PERFECT APP FOR YOU!! It will literally record your expenses without having you type it in your phone or apple watch, you can just speak up on your apple watch and it’ll automatically put it in for you. Highly recommend this. I am actually surprised how cheap this app is if you decide to go with the ultimate full version of the app, which I highly recommend(it gives you more freedom to customize your app). Props to the developer and programmers! I still have a few suggestions though :) - Options to create budgets - Since there are credit cards and etc options on income, how about a way to actually link our cards to see exactly how much we have and spent? That way we don't have to keep inputting incomes/expenses... Still a great app though! The ability to make custom categories for income and expense is exactly what I needed. Love the watch app too, being able to use Siri to quickly add expenses... I just simply put in the amount spent in the watch and bam! There it is keeping tabs in the app. Expenditures are customizable by the icons and call them whatever you want. I will soon be moving to another paid spending tracker app though, as Spendio does not have the functionality to share and sync spending tracking (wallets) with a family member. It would have also been great if I could rearrange the order of my wallets on screen and roll over my monthly account balances.
