## What is Spendjar?

Spendjar is a fast, private expense tracker built around one simple idea: your money is easier to understand when every expense has a category. Groceries, dining, transport, bills — give each one a monthly budget and always know where your money is going, with no account and no subscription.

Log an expense in seconds: enter the amount, pick a category, and Spendjar keeps a running total for the month plus a progress bar for every category and one overall budget on the home screen. Tap any category to see its expenses and exactly how much of its budget is left.

Everything stays on your device. There is no sign-in, no cloud sync, and no data ever leaves your phone — just a clean, one-screen way to track spending by category and stay on budget.

Spendjar Pro is a one-time purchase — no subscription. It removes the 5-category limit, unlocks full month-by-month history so you can look back at past spending, and lets you export any month as a plain-text summary in one tap.
