## What is Sperrstunde?

Sperrstunde helps you go offline at night and keep your evening calmer.

Choose the apps that usually keep you scrolling, set your active nights and define your block window. Sperrstunde then blocks your selected apps automatically during that time, so a quick look does not turn into another long session.

You stay in control:
- Choose only the apps you want to block
- Set your own sleep and wake times
- Pick the nights Sperrstunde should be active
- Pause a night when you really need to
- Change your selection anytime

Sperrstunde is built for evenings, sleep routines and calmer nights. Everything outside your selection stays usable.
