I purchased a membership. It’s 1.5 weeks later and the credits still aren’t available for me to use to book any sessions. My credit card has been charged, but the credits aren’t available. I’ve emailed and texted for support, but no one has gotten back to me. 2. It charges in USD! Even though myself and the coach I connected with are in Canada. Nowhere in the app or during checkout was this indicated. This makes it way over budget for what you’re getting in Canadian dollars.
