Waste of time
Spent ~40 minutes taking photos for a 3D tour then the app says it can take UP TO 6 hours to process… it’s now coming up on 48 hours with that same message.
Practical solution for virtual tours
The app lets me create high quality 3D tours right from my iPhone - no special cameras needed. The process is straightforward: follow some dots on your screen while walking through the space, and it generates a virtual walkthrough. Huge value for what it offers, considering it can be upwards of $200/$300 for a photographer to come to a listing and do it.

Amazing
Being able to do something like this from a mobile phone is incredible. Competing solutions cost thousands of dollars in hardware. I do see some artifacts in the final image, but I did it really quickly to test.
