Used to be so smooth, quick and easy to use. But now one of the worst app out there. Not letting to even login. And slow like we are in the 90s. Really poor.

Poor servers used... Servers not able to balance more users and crashes... Use different servers to host website for chennai and coimbatore users... Not able to book tickets for special films as the app or server does not respond

Sincerely best of all the ticketing apps I've used. And passbook feature is nicely done. Neat experience overall. On the to be improved side, it loads very slow during peak times due to the heavy UI involved. Look forward to the improvements.

A good enough app. Can certainly be improved but still lets you browse shows and book tickets quite easily. And has a nice UI as well.

Needs to integrate with Apple passbook for tickets and IMDb for reviews and trailers. Great app otherwise. 

Miss being able to see in one shot all the theatres where the movie is full to pick out my options.

This app is very useful and handy for booking the movie tickets instantly without any issues as I have booked many tickets using this app and I have not faced a single trouble. Great app, very handy for fast and effective booking.

Good job done. Hassle free ticket booking. Have been using it for a while every weekend to book the tickets and no crashes so far. Impressed with the recent update of adding tickets to passbook which prevents me to search my mssgs for tickets. The app has the authentic Satyam cinemas quality !!
