On the third attempt, my order was accepted, but unbeknownst to me, I was charged for three separate orders. The restaurant later called to confirm if the three orders were intentional, explaining that they had gone through multiple times. I clarified that this was an error with the app, not my intention. Despite the restaurant acknowledging the mistake, they refused to cancel the extra orders and insisted I pay for all three. As a regular customer, they should have understood, and when I asked to cancel everything, the person on the phone simply hung up after saying they would call me back.
