So disappointed no free Orio cake !! Really! Don’t put it on if it’s not available ! Poor you Spices…..

The app rejected my order twice, citing a WiFi issue. On the third attempt, my order was accepted, but unbeknownst to me, I was charged for three separate orders. The restaurant later called to confirm if the three orders were intentional, explaining that they had gone through multiple times. I clarified that this was an error with the app, not my intention. Despite the restaurant acknowledging the mistake, they refused to cancel the extra orders and insisted I pay for all three. As a regular customer, they should have understood, and when I asked to cancel everything, the person on the phone simply hung up after saying they would call me back. Now, I’m £176 out of pocket with no food.

It really is a joke, food never arrives anywhere near the tracking estimate. It relies upon people updating and so many do not. Do not believe the estimates on delivery, read the reviews instead.

Ordered a takeaway… 2 hours to deliver and then arrives with an incomplete order. 

No apology … gave an estimated time of 1 hr 15 mins it arrives nearly 2 hours…. Joke.

This app doesn’t work on an iPad it only seems to work on a my iPhone. Once we got that established it worked fine.

We’ve been customers of Spices since it opened and they never fail 👌 Gorgeous food every time, great value for money and delivery (by some very handsome chaps 😉 and how long has Pixie been there?!) always well within the hour.  Highly recommend them every time
