I was having trouble with my subscription working on one of my devices, so I sent a message asking for help. Problem was, I didn’t check back for a reply. In the words of the great mind, Homer, “Doh!” (I meant Homer Simpson, not the Greek guy.) When I finally saw in the settings on the game that I had a message, I learned that a few replies were sent, letting me know they were trying to make contact with me, and finally, we did! I had recently changed my Apple password, and that was the culprit. They even went the extra step to remove ads until Apple allowed me to update my password on the device. Would all the world treat each other this way, all problems would have solutions, and it would be a better place. Thank you for your help and kindness.
