This is just Solitaire but they force you to rate to unlock levels.
If you want to give false ratings to play the full game then you should download this.
They also give ads after every game.

Das Spiel funktionierte 1 mal auf meinem iPad, danach war nur noch Werbung anzusehen. Ein 2. Spiel lies sich nicht mehr starten.

But as I have only been able to play Level 1 in Easy mode before being corralled into this review (if I don’t do this I can’t seem to be able to go on).  I actual have no idea how good this game is.
