## What is Spiderweb Flormar?

Spiderweb is a work tool for beauty advisors who staff Flormar counters and fixtures in retail stores across the UAE. It replaces paper checklists and loose photo sharing with one guided routine on the phone.

ACCESS IS RESTRICTED

There is no public sign-up in this app. An administrator creates a store account and gives the sign-in details to the store team. Without those credentials the app cannot be opened, and installing it does not give anyone access to store data.

WHAT AN ADVISOR DOES IN THE APP

Guided monthly audit
Each store has one audit per calendar month. The app shows what has already been captured and what is still outstanding, so a later shift can pick up where the previous one stopped.

Make-up tables
Photograph the front and the back of each make-up table in the store.

Planogram capture
Work through the face, eyes, lips and nails fixtures. The app asks for a full-bay photo, confirms the size of the fixture with you, then walks you through close-up shots of each section so that shelf layouts can be read accurately.

Visual merchandising
Record the entrance display and the category visuals at the face, lips, eyes, nails and cashier areas. Reference images uploaded by head office appear on screen, so you can see what the current campaign is meant to look like.

Other furniture
Record whether tools, skincare and make-up furniture are present, with supporting photographs.

Flag a problem
Add a short written remark against anything that looks wrong, so head office sees the issue alongside the photograph.

HOW PHOTOGRAPHS ARE HANDLED

Photographs are taken inside the app or chosen from the device gallery, re-encoded, and uploaded to a private server. Re-encoding removes camera metadata, so no location or device information travels with the image. Photographs are private to the store and to head office; they are not published anywhere and are not visible to other stores.

Some photographs are sent to cloud AI services that read shelf layouts and fixture sizes from the image. Those readings are then reviewed by the head office team.

WHAT THIS APP DOES NOT DO

No advertising, no in-app purchases and no subscriptions.
No location access. The app never asks for your location.
No messaging, chat or contact between users.
No public feed and no user-generated content shown to anyone outside the company.
No advertising identifiers and no third-party analytics.

WHO IT IS FOR

This app is intended only for Flormar beauty advisors and Channelplay field staff working on the Flormar UAE retail programme. It has no function for the general public, and an account cannot be obtained from within the app.
