### 2.40 — 2026-02-27

1. Drop-off order confirmation – camera-only photo
When the customer confirms drop-off (Awaiting Drop Off screen), they can add a photo only via camera (no gallery).
Options: “Take Photo” or “Confirm without photo”.
2. Pickup Driver Assigned – “Add photo of clothes location”
After a pickup driver is assigned, the user can add a photo of where they left the clothes for the driver.
Optional short description (e.g. “Front door”, “Building B lobby”) so the driver knows where to find the clothes.
Photo and description are stored in S3 and in the order in DynamoDB (drop_off_photo_url, drop_off_photo_description). Order status does not change.
The photo (and description) are shown on the Pickup Driver Assigned screen and are loaded from the API when opening or refreshing the order (no local-only state).
3. Laundromat controls drop-off
get-menu returns dropoffsAllowed (boolean).
If true: Checkout shows “How do you want your order?” with Pickup & delivery and Drop off.
If false or missing: That whole section is hidden; only pickup & delivery is used.
If the user reaches checkout without opening the menu (e.g. from My Laundromats), the app fetches get-menu and uses dropoffsAllowed to show or hide the toggle.

### 2.39 — 2026-02-22

Order flow: You now choose a pickup time first; delivery can only be scheduled after that. Delivery dates start from the day after your selected pickup.
My Laundromats: Clearer empty state and copy when you have no saved laundromats or dry cleaners, with instructions to scan a QR code to add one.
Stability and performance improvements.

### 2.35 — 2026-02-17

Add laundromats faster with QR scanning: improved the add-laundromat flow using your device camera to scan laundromat barcodes/QR codes.
Auto-return to Home after adding: once you add a laundromat, the app routes you back to My Laundromats automatically (so you can continue right away).
Cleaner My Laundromats UI: the Remove (trash) button is now aligned in the same spot as the Add button on the available laundromats list for a consistent layout.
Stability fixes: fixed a crash on the menu screen caused by missing price values (improves reliability when browsing items).
