The card number is wrong and the activation code is wrong. Such a pathetic waste of time. ### 1/5 — Never Works *2024-07-18, version 2.1* The app and website are a miss! They rarely work. The screen sits blank. That being said, when it does work it’s fantastic. Then I couldn’t access my sacking after I had loaded money. Figured it was a one time issue. Nope. Tried again another day. I can see I have a balance but there’s no way to use the funds. Went into the office on site. The guy working said don’t download the app bc the tech ppl don’t update it ever. He gave me a $15 card instead since I still had a $10 balance I cannot access. They should just remove the app if they aren’t going to keep up with its performance. VWAG should be embarrassed about this, it rarely ever even works yet they encourage you to load up their spiffy cards. Just use a visa and save yourself the trouble.
