## What is Spike?

Spike helps track & field athletes clearly record and improve run-ups for jumping events and javelin throw. No loose notes or messy lists — just a structured overview of measurements per run-up.

Supported disciplines:
• Long Jump
• Triple Jump
• High Jump
• Pole Vault
• Javelin Throw

Every run-up consists of a collection of measurements. A measurement includes a value, a chosen unit, and an optional description. This creates a clear and flexible system to record run-ups exactly as they're used on the track.

Version history
Every change is saved as a new version. Previous run-ups can always be reviewed, making it easy to track adjustments over time.

Quick edits
