Sometimes I'll play a card, dismiss an alert, or clock an item in the shop and the game will freeze, objects will jitter in place, then it crashes. This paired with the limited number of continues on a run make it nearly impossible for me to complete a stage. Thank you. ### 4/5 — Incredible Game - Wish It Wasn’t Mobile *2026-01-12* The core structure of this game is super fresh and fun to play. Using a spinner for a deck building rogue-like is already novel, but they went far deeper and fleshed out that mechanic to make combat tense, interesting, and surprisingly deep. While the game is difficult, you can solve your way through the levels with strategic planning and good timing. Planning ahead is essential. With all that said, I wish this was just a game I could purchase. The core gameplay is so good, but it’s bogged down by mobile game window dressing and micro-transactions. That’s not even to say you need to spend money if you want to progress, you can do well without spending any money. That however just leaves me a bit confused on why those things are included in the first place. The game is solid enough and unique enough to stand on its own, it’s a bummer they felt they needed to rely on common mobile game tactics. Would’ve spent $20+ on a complete version.
