### 3/5 — Works, but with lot of bugs

The basic functionality seems to work, however lot of bugs
1. Once clicked on stop charging remotely at around 80% charge. Got a notification that the charging is stopped. Later when I checked, my car was 100% charged. I only wanted to charge to 80%
2. Statistics tab is useless. Does not show data when charger is offline. Only shows data for today. Was better about few updates before. 
3. There is a speed option but is fixed at high, cannot be changed. When you don’t have that feature, why include in the app. This is a very useful feature though. 
4. Connection to support is easy. They call back. But they also have the same info as that you see in the app. For example on point 3 , they said it’s going to be released in future versions, but not aware which version.

If a person has not registered his charger on this app, then any person can add this charger on their phone. There is no checking of ownership when adding the charger to the app. Otherwise functional

I am extremely disappointed with both the product and the customer support experience. When I contacted support to raise an issue, I was simply redirected to an AI chatbot to file the request. This begs the question: what is the purpose of having a live support team if customers are forced to use AI? Furthermore, the team failed to provide any clarity on what additional support or technical specifications the ev charger product can actually accommodate. The lack of transparency and assistance is unacceptable."

I am unable to add charger in charging app , I have sent email with all the requirement but no one replied and guided me on the procedure .

Requires WiFi for all functions to work properly. And the WiFi add-on is expensive. The old app was much better

Spin Air 7.5 Kv charger got installed and the following issue observed:

When SIM card is in the charger, the Wi-Fi, though signal is very strong,  is having issues in connection. The charger by default search for SIM Signal and if it is weak still in search for connecting through SIM only. The charger is not connecting through wi-fi when SIM is inside the charger. To fix the issue the service engineer removed the SIM from the charger and after that Wi-Fi connection was working. 

SOLUTION: 

Need an option in app to select Wi-Fi or SIM as per requirement. If Wi-Fi is selected then the charger should stop searching SIM signal and vice Versa. This will help in using both the options instead of removing the SIM from the charger. 

Hope the developer will give solution to fix this.

Spin Air 7.4 Kv charger got installed recently at home and charging is fine. However, the link between charger and app get disconnected very frequently necessitating going down to charger location and get it connected again.  Wi-Fi profile also updated Inspite the issue persists.

Another issue is firmware update is shown in the app as available. When update is activated no visible changes happens in the app and the version number also not getting changed to updated status.

Hope the developer will give solution to fix this.
