Try to contact them and hear absolutely nothing back. I let the ads play for a while, sound off, ignoring all ads as most of them are just scam ads anyway promising big money, but that’s a completely different story. The game play was fine, but even at level 50 pick axe and all the slots filled, it still took 10-15 minutes to do each mine. I gave up after Mine 8-2 after it would have taken at least 1/2 hour to get through the mine, even with my level. Would need to spend a few more hours watching the stupid scam ads to level up. It was no long fun and not worth my time anymore. Even though my progress completely reset with the last update I thought it was worth it because of all the new content that was added, but then I got back to mine level 5-27 and the barriers you stand on to go down don’t work. Which required going back to level zero basically. Now I can’t complete cave 5 even though I’m at level thirty. Suddenly my pickaxes hardly do any damage whatsoever. It takes literal minutes to just get rid of one boulder. My axes are in the high 30s. This is ridiculous. Everybody loses all their data and they start from scratch and that is supposed to be normal and they didn’t understand why I was annoyed that I had spent so much money working up to a very high level and then all of a sudden got started back over and I emailed them three weeks ago and again two weeks and twice since they finally answered the first email about one of their mini games that has a quota and you make the quota, but they want it higher than that and there is literally nothing else to clear on the board and they still haven’t answered so maybe play a different game. The priorities of real life had me take a break for a couple of weeks. Only to discover when I went back to it, I was starting at the beginning AGAIN. There’s no stamina system. No forced ads. You can basically play as long as you want to. However, there are a lot of ads you can watch for bonuses, but they’re reasonable bonuses for an ad. It’s not like you watch one ad and get half of the next upgrade. You quite literally get the next upgrade and then some. In general, I wish more games were designed like this on the App Store.
