## What is Spin or Stay?

Spin or Stay helps cyclists decide when to roll out.

Import a GPX or FIT route, choose road, gravel, MTB, or city commute, then set direction, start time, and pace. The app calculates forecast points for the time you are expected to reach each part of the ride. Instead of a generic weather table, you get a 0-100 conditions score and a ride cockpit covering rain, heat, cold, wind, and critical segments.

Key features:
- GPX/FIT import,
- Road, Gravel, MTB, and City profiles with condition-specific thresholds,
- a 0-100 whole-ride score for rain, temperature, and wind,
- route direction selection and same-window wind balance comparison,
- route-timed weather forecast points,
- map view with critical segments,
- ride alerts for rain, wind, and temperature changes,
- outfit recommendations for what to wear and what to pack,
- thermal preference for riders who run cold, neutral, or warm,
- optional matching with a local LANC wardrobe snapshot when available on device,
- route replay,
- shareable PDF report,
- weather sources: Apple Weather through WeatherKit, Open-Meteo, and MET Norway.

No account is required and the app has no ads.
