Not even autofill from wallet. It’s 2026, why should I have to type in a 16 digit number that’s already stored on my phone? I’ve deleted it and redownloaded several times, also restarted my phone. The last time they did not have my order. They were able to find order and I was told that it was on server but it had never downloaded to their order system. Not sure what that means. After “logging” in again the order disappears and have to start over. And repeat, bottom line no order. There are numerous choices of pizza and salads and sides, including cauliflower pizza crust and flat bread . The option of creating your own pizza is available as well. The menu items are so delicious and healthy . ( The Gelato choices are too tasty to pass up as a dessert ) Finally, the curbside pick up service being offered during the ( Covid 19) pandemic is just another plus adding to enjoying a healthy meal and feeling safe in choosing Spin Pizza . ### 1/5 — Terrible app, stopped ordering from Spin *2020-11-03, version 1.1* This is an absolutely terrible app. I love the restaurant and will likely return to the restaurant for in person dining after the pandemic. But this app is so bad I’ve stopped ordering from Spin. It repeatedly makes you login. It loses your order after you’ve put everything in. And it doesn’t allow any autofill, which is particularly painful since you can’t stay logged in. It’s been this way for a long, long time. It’s apparent they are not committed to building a quality app. There’s so many easier options out there that I’m going to stop wasting my time. I’ll check back in a year or so to see if it’s worth ordering from them again. ### 1/5 — Multiple logins are ridiculous...and don’t work anyway! *2020-09-24, version 1.1* I’m logged in to the app and can see my rewards points, so we shouldn’t have to login again to place an order, much less have that order applied to our rewards account. The problem is, I can’t even get logged in to the ordering area. Wasn’t sure I had the password right so I clicked a link to reset it, entered my email address, and instead of getting an email with a link to reset the password, I got one that says there no account associated with that email!!!! Of course there is - I’m logged in to the app with it!!! Come on guys, please make the app functional. The world we are dealing with requires the ability to easily order online. No email comes through. So, I tried setting up an account and it tells me an account, with my phone number, already exists. The combination of being easy to follow for the first time you use it; the descriptions of ingredients and pizzas for their specialty pizzas, the ease of customizing the create-your-own and their specialities pizzas, the relatively fair prices, and of course- the actually quality of their food. (I can only speak for the specialities and pizzas I’ve created, I prefer several but would eat any of them again) TLDR: The app is a very smooth avenue to order highly recommended pizza. ### 5/5 — 2nd visit was fabulous! *2023-01-25, version 22.14.2022090201* This was our second time eating at the Burlington Creek location and it was fabulous! Also, love the integration w/spin club locality account so I can either use points to pay or acquire points from purchase that are immediately credited to my account for future use.
