Spine uses your iPhone camera to give you a 30-second posture check.

Stand about 1 m from your phone, take a front and a side photo, and Spine measures your forward head angle, shoulder rounding, and head tilt — all on device. No wearable. No subscription required to try.

Spine is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. If you have pain or symptoms — for example neck pain lasting more than two weeks, numbness, or dizziness — please see a healthcare professional. Spine measures geometric angles, the same way a level checks whether a shelf is straight.

PRIVACY YOU CAN VERIFY
Every camera frame is processed on device by Apple's Vision framework and discarded immediately. No photos are saved unless you explicitly turn on retention. No cloud. No account. No analytics. The privacy label is "Data Not Collected" — and there is no third-party SDK in the app to make it otherwise.

Built entirely with Apple frameworks: Vision, SwiftData, Swift Charts, StoreKit 2, ActivityKit, WidgetKit, and on-device Apple Foundation Models for the Plus weekly plan.
