### 2/5 — Fun but ads are so aggressive

*2024-12-05*

They run every 60 seconds, but only after an interaction, so if you sit there pondering your next few moves on a hard puzzle, you can't execute them without watching a 10-second ad first. That's long enough to to shake my memory of a sequence and have to start over.

At $4 to remove ads I think this dev is a little greedy.

### 3/5 — Would be 5 stars if skips were priced fairly

*2022-07-04, version 1.9.3*

2.99 for 5 level skips is outrageous.

### 2/5 — Why

*2021-09-25, version 1.9.3*

Good game but the actual turning on it is horrible

### 4/5 — My kind of puzzle!

*2021-07-13, version 1.9.3*

This is a simple and elegant design that I like very much. I’m appreciative for the ability to upgrade to remove ads at a very reasonable price! My only reason for deducting a star is that the timer does not appear to be optional. Due to some disabilities, I’m not able to solve the puzzles as quickly as I once could and find the timer stressful for an otherwise pleasant and relaxing brain game. Please make the timer optional on/off…hopefully a simple change. Thanks!

### 2/5 — Too many ads

*2021-04-04, version 1.0.5*

You’re watching an ad every thirty to sixty seconds. The ads also feel very intrusive - they come up immediately after you win, so they interrupt that sense of satisfaction. Otherwise a good game - good idea, okay controls

### 3/5 — Gorgeous but intrusive ads

*2020-11-05, version 1.0.3*

It looks gorgeously designed, but the spell was broken by large intrusive and loud full-screen ads appearing literally every 1-2 minutes. I understand the need to earn revenue, but this was so frequent and so offputting that I put away the trial before ever really getting into the game properly.

### 2/5 — In level ads

*2020-10-02, version 1.0.3*

The in-level ads cause me to lose my train of thought. And it is extremely annoying to sit through them. This is why I have deleted the app. I hope the developers fix their mistake by reverting back to how the game was before the addition.

### 4/5 — Fantastic game ruined by adverts

*2020-09-09, version 1.0.3*

The ‘ad breaks’ mid puzzle are irritating and off putting. Totally ruined enjoyment of the game by interrupting while you concentrate. It’s holding you to ransom until you pay - not cool!

### 4/5 — In level ads

*2020-06-23, version 1.0.3*

This game is fun and sometimes very challenging. The ads that come up while playing/solving an individual level are annoying due to them breaking you train of thought. This “feature” has just recently shown up for me. Hopefully we’ll get some more levels soon as I am at level 701 out of 800 and will whip through those fairly quickly.

### 4/5 — Almost perfect

*2020-06-19, version 1.0.3*

Not 5 stars because when you finish whole 800 levels, nothing happen :)

### 2/5 — Lack of scoring makes unrewarding gameplay

*2020-06-10, version 1.0.2*

Good concept for a puzzler, but it’s completely unrewarding without some type of scoring system. Many great puzzle games have gold, silver, bronze based on number of moves, for instance. As with all puzzles, you KNOW it is solvable given unlimited time and moves. The reward comes from using your wits to solve it with minimal moves. This game needs that.

### 3/5 — Beutiful but way too many ads

*2020-05-28, version 1.0.2*

I can deal with ads in the free versions of games but a 30 second ad after two rounds (each round taking from 10 to 30 seconds to solve) is unbearable. Shame because it’s a soothing, beautiful looking and sounding puzzle game with just the right level of complexity

### 2/5 — A little boring...

*2020-05-23, version 1.0.2*

I liked the idea of it, but it’s not very exciting or interesting

### 3/5 — Awkward Controls and Overwhelming Ads

*2020-05-22, version 1.0.1*

Had some trouble sliding the tiles(?) the way I wanted them to go, for instance i would try to turn the bottom row but it would try to turn the middle column instead and then it messes up whatever i had set up. it’s very finicky about where you have to turn it. also i hate ads so much it’s unreal. i understand developers need to make money but as soon as ads become overwhelming i uninstall it immediately. no way in hell would i ever pay for an app to remove ads if the ads are that annoying, i do NOT understand that logic.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Fun but ads are so aggressive

*2025-01-29, version 1.9.3*

They run every 60 seconds, but only after an interaction, so if you sit there pondering your next few moves on a hard puzzle, you can't execute them without watching and interacting with a minimum 10-second ad first. That's long enough to to shake my memory of a sequence and have to start over. At $4 to remove ads I think this dev is greedy.

### 1/5 — i would give 5 but…

*2024-05-12, version 1.9.3*

I would give this a 5 instantly, but there’s no way to turn off or pay to turn off ads. whoever made that decision ruined a super fun game and opportunity

### 1/5 — Why Time?

*2021-01-22, version 1.0.3*

You should count number of moves, not amount of time it takes to complete a puzzle!

Also get rid of the achievement that could be very easy to obtain for early players but difficult for people who download the game 4 years later, ya kno the one I’m talking about? Being ranked within the first 10000? That achievement is an unbalanced achievement and doesn’t mean anything to anyone when it is possible for an early garbage player to have it but a good player that downloads it many years later to not have it.

### 1/5 — Lol

*2020-11-07, version 1.0.3*

Once you give permission for ad tracking and user data selling... then get past the ads every 32.3 seconds... yup it’s still garbage.

### 1/5 — Basic and mediocre

*2020-08-21, version 1.0.3*

For something that bills itself as “the most mind-blowing puzzle game available, this game is incredibly basic: rotate a slice of a mostly featureless Rubik’s Cube to move a line segment to the right place. That’s it. I played until a blaring ad ruined the experience, and it was just five utterly non-mind-blowing levels of moving a single line segment around a cube. No doubt the rest of the game is more of the same mindless task.

For any who think I quit too early: If a game can’t hook you by the time it stops you from playing, then it doesn’t respect your time, and it’s not worth your time. If they buried the hook twenty or fifty levels deep, that’s when the interruptive ads should kick in, no sooner. This one drove me away before it could hook me, assuming there was even any substance to be found.

### 1/5 — It’s all adds with a little mini game in between.

*2020-06-05, version 1.0.2*

Adds got a little out of hand. 30s long unskippable adds after every level you play. Not exaggerating, an add after every single level. And the game is almost too simple, so it feels like a mini game while waiting for the next add.

### 1/5 — Another app developer that can’t

*2020-05-20, version 1.0.1*

Another app developer that can’t add landscape - so iPad 12 inch users have to hold the device in portrait. Imagine having to hold a pc monitor sideways to use an app.

### 1/5 — Deleted immediately

*2020-05-18, version 1.0.1*

Deleted immediately when the first thing that pops is sharing your information... byyyye

### 1/5 — Ad filled game

*2020-05-17, version 1.0.1*

This is just another ad filled game that continually asks if you want the “ad free” version after every four levels.

### 1/5 — Bad

*2020-05-15, version 1.0.1*

The graphics are bad. game is too simple and doesn’t have that much content. While playing you dont feel a sense of progression and can get boring very quickly. Also half the game is just waiting for stuff to load.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — I Really Loved it This Game

*2024-05-22, version 1.9.3*

Spingram is this awesome puzzle game I snagged for 1 level around $ 5 Totally worth it! It's like a Rubik's Cube on crack, but way easier to hold. The puzzles start out simple – just twist the blocky thing till the line thingy matches the picture. But whoa, don't let that fool you. This game gets CRAZY later on. My brain hurts in the best way possible. The free version works fine, but those ads can be annoying. Totally recommend paying a few bucks to ditch them.Trust me, it's way more satisfying to solve puzzles without getting interrupted every two seconds. All in all, Spingram is a super fun and challenging puzzler. If you dig brain teasers that are easy to learn but hard to master, this is definitely worth checking out!

### 5/5 — Amazing little game

*2023-10-22, version 1.9.3*

Perfect little puzzle game to pass the time. The design and sound are quiet enough so the player can focus on the puzzle. Well done Sandro ! One little idea: unless there’s a bug on my app, can we track which puzzles have been completed? On the puzzles list screen, the completed puzzles are displayed in the same way as uncompleted puzzles. The next (or current ?) puzzle only is highlighted. I would like to be able to do any puzzle, not just doing them in the order they’re listed. But without an indicator I would not be able to remember which puzzles I’ve already done.

### 5/5 — Great game, lots of puzzles

*2021-11-04, version 1.9.3*

The puzzles aren’t too hard or too long, most take under 5 minutes (at least for me). There’s also plenty, so you can stay occupied for a while.

### 5/5 — Very good

*2020-11-05, version 1.0.3*

This game is really good and will help me get better at the solving the rubix cube

### 5/5 — Simple does mean easy!!

*2020-06-24, version 1.0.3*

What a delight this game is. It’s concept is, at face value, very simple but the solving of some of the puzzles is far from easy. It looks very light and delicate, it sounds beautiful and is an absolute joy to play-the satisfaction level on completion is through the roof! I cannot recommend it enough-

### 5/5 — Great game — can’t wait for more levels

*2020-06-24, version 1.0.3*

It’s a good relaxing game and keeps your mind sharp. Finished 800 levels and can’t wait for more.

### 5/5 — Lovely Game

*2020-06-24, version 1.0.3*

This game has to be one my favourite games, featuring both difficulty but on a whole; satisfaction from completing each level. Spent hours on end playing this game (took about a week to finish all the levels). Would recommend to those who like to challenge themselves. Can’t wait for more levels to this game!

### 5/5 — Excellent Puzzle Game

*2020-06-21, version 1.0.3*

I am on level 95 so far and absolutely loving this game! Glad there are 800 levels to get through.
Although some levels very challenging, the aim of the game is very simple, and the cube is very easy to control. If you like the Rubik’s cube, you’ll love this.
The levels range in difficulty with some levels taking seconds to pass, and others taking 20+ minutes to figure out sometimes, and there seems to be no rhyme nor reason to this, which breaks up the game nicely. The sense of satisfaction after solving each level never seems to fade.

Overall I am very impressed and will look out for more puzzles from this creator! Well done!

### 5/5 — BRILLIANT!!!

*2020-06-16, version 1.0.3*

engrossing gameplay - loads of levels - love it!!!
Just the right amount of difficulty for novice and expert puzzle solvers alike, BRAVO job well done!!!

### 5/5 — Just...wow

*2020-06-10, version 1.0.2*

This game is so much fun. It’s a simple enough idea but each solution is complex enough that you’re not getting bored. The only thing I have to say is that you need more levels so I can keep playing! 800 isn’t enough! Keep up the great work, I’ll be expecting an update!
