This is an update to a previously approved app. Changes in this build:

Source citation links — tapping a source citation in a fact-check result now opens the original news article in the browser. These links point to third-party news sources only (no internal app cross-promotion).

Push notification prompt — users are now prompted to enable notifications during analysis so they can leave the screen and be notified when results are ready. The permission request uses the standard iOS flow.

Splash screen timing — minimum 2.5-second splash display to ensure assets load cleanly before the home screen appears.

History tab refresh — the History tab now reloads when navigated to, so completed checks appear immediately without requiring an app restart.
