If you receive the wrong or spoiled item, it takes a lot of effort to get a refund or replacement. The support process is slow and inconvenient, and instead of solving the issue quickly, they make the customer waste time. Carrefour support works much better in such cases.

On top of that, the app itself is very inconvenient - overloaded with unnecessary features and not user-friendly.

Very sluggish app.  Slow and difficult to navigate.  It’s faster to go and shop by yourself.  There are plenty of alternatives in the UAE.

Spinneys probably didn't higher the best to develop this app. It is definitely affecting sales and customer satisfaction negatively.

95% of the information you need about the food you are buying (eg the actual ingredients, and whether or not it might contain something you are allergic to - eg, nuts, gluten etc) is not available on this app. The quality of the photos provided is so poor that, even if they have (rarely) put up an in focus photo of the back of the product, you cannot zoom in enough to read the ingredients or product information. So frustrating. No point in phoning the store either. Shopping takes 10 times as long and we regularly end up with food we cannot eat because warning labels are not listed on the app.
