So frustrating. No point in phoning the store either. The support process is slow and inconvenient, and instead of solving the issue quickly, they make the customer waste time. Carrefour support works much better in such cases. Never once have I had a problem with my orders. I shop in bulk. Having these items delivered, LITERALLY TO MY KITCHEN, is a tremendous help to me. The drivers are very professional and always have a friendly smile which is a plus and nice to see:-) The call center warehouse is also very helpful and friendly when I need assistance with searching an item. Spinney’s online shopping and delivery saves me so much time and effort.
