Aswell items that are out it stock are not marked and are still available for purchase… ### 1/5 — Bad app *2024-09-23* In addition to the app being full of bugs, the customer support not being functional, I actually tried paying online, and after withdrawing the full amount from my account, half the items were missing. The only way to speak to someone is via their call center which is the old fashioned redirection from one operator to another. Horrible and pathetic app and lousy service ### 1/5 — New App fail *2021-01-26, version 1.1* New Update doesn’t pictures & prices don’t appear in categories or searches. ### 3/5 — The website is better *2023-06-18, version 1.2.7* I’ve been ordering online since 2020 and I’ve always preferred the website to the app. In the app, you can’t sort products. The option is there, but it has never worked. The experience is quite slow (even though I have a fast internet connection). Comparing and selecting products is faster on the website because you can open things in tabs, which you cannot do on the app. Mostly I use the app when the website checkout process breaks (this is not frequent, but occasionally after 2 hours shopping you find an error message when you try to check out). On the app, the checkout is always smooth. It’s a good thing that the app and website stay in sync: whatever you add to the cart, as long as you’re logged in, will appear on the other platform.
