If you are planning to sell your car urgently, I would strongly advise you to think twice before relying on them. They quote a very low price for your car while selling similar cars at prices that are two to three times higher. The pricing feels highly one-sided and unfair to sellers. What disappointed me even more was the lack of professionalism from their team. The staff I dealt with did not know how to communicate properly with customers or handle the situation professionally. Squad Spinny ### 1/5 — Don't sell your car on Spinny (Cheaters) *2026-07-16* They are cheaters. Don't sell your car if you can't go to RTO office for RC transfer process. They will deduct the holding amount (20k) in my case. Their process is not transparent. I had clearly informed them that I can't go to RTO (because I was living in different city) in initial negotiations to finalize sale price of car and they agreed and then final price was decided. Then at the time of pickup of car they withheld Rs 20K and said it will be paid after RC transfer, you just have to appear in video call and provide otp. But finally they have not paid this amount. They should have told complete truth in the beginning itself over phone call during negotiation process. Also their customer service executive is trained to just give reference of Agreement. They have not provided any document after pick up. You can see that only in their app. No email, no hard copy. Pls be careful while signing any document while selling car on spinny otherwise they will deduct the amount. The vehicle was delivered to me on the same day. However, on 18th April 2026, we identified a suspension issue in the car. Since I had an emergency and was out of station for nearly a month, I could not immediately proceed with the complaint. After returning, I raised the concern and submitted my car to your workshop for inspection. It has now been one full week, but I have not received any proper response from the relationship manager regarding the exact issue or the resolution process. Today, when I personally visited the workshop, I was informed that the issue would not be covered under warranty because the car falls under the “Budget” category and not the “Assured” category. My serious concern is this: before purchasing the car, no one clearly informed me about the difference between a Budget car and an Assured car, especially regarding warranty coverage. Customers should be clearly informed about what is covered under warranty and what is not before making such a major purchase decision. If after purchasing the car and facing an issue immediately, I am told that it cannot be claimed under warranty due to this classification, then it defeats the trust and confidence a customer places in Spinny. Squad Spinny ### 1/5 — ⚠️ My Worst Experience with Spinny – Customers Beware! ⚠️ *2026-03-07* I purchased an Alto LXI 800 from Spinny on 21 August 2025 for ₹3,36,447. At the time of purchase, Spinny clearly assured that the car condition was excellent (interior, exterior, engine, suspension) and even mentioned an assured buyback value of around ₹2,68,000. Now the shocking part… On 5 March 2026, when I booked a Hyundai Verna and tried to exchange the same Alto with Spinny, they offered only ₹1,78,000! 😡! Only 910 Km is driven and completed 5 months. This is completely against the assurance given during the purchase. To check the real market value, I scheduled an inspection with CARS24, and they offered ₹2,65,079 — almost ₹87,000 higher than Spinny’s quote! So the question is: Why does Spinny promise high buyback values while selling but give extremely low prices when customers want to sell? This clearly feels like misleading customers. When buying, they give many assurances. But when it comes to honoring those promises, there is no support and no accountability. 🚨 My advice to everyone: Don’t blindly trust Spinny’s promises. At first, their team called me for an inspection even after already having all the details of my vehicle. After the inspection, I was contacted by their customer executive who told me that they had received the value of my car, which was between ₹3,07,000 – ₹3,87,000. I accepted the minimum offer of ₹3,07,000 and was asked to upload all my documents. I even took leave from my office and went through the hassle of getting the NOC from the bank, trusting their process. But the very next day, when I tried to contact them, no one responded to my calls. Later, I was shocked to see that they had changed the quoted value to just ₹1,17,000. This is nothing but fraud. They wasted my time, effort, and money. I chose them over local agents thinking a reputed company would be more trustworthy, but they turned out to be worse. Your vigilance will pay off. ### 3/5 — Waste of time if you want to sell your car with Spinny *2025-08-01* I booked about 10 appointments between 21st and 28th July 2025 to evaluate my car at my home and give an offer on the Spinny App, by Phone call or by using the SMS link provided by them after I advertised on OLX. Each time they assign a time slot, Technician with his name without his phone number, but only their Call Centre Number which is extremely difficult to reach. During the time slot or just after that they send a SMS that they had to cancel the evaluation without assigning any reason and ask us to book another time slot for evaluation. I cancelled my regular work and kept waiting for their Technician to come on all occasions. After a week or so, I gave up and sold the car to the dealer from whom I booked the new car. I will not suggest to anybody to use them as you can only frustrated waiting for their Technician or to reach them on the phone. If you want to investigate I can provide complete details including their assigned Technician’s name, booking slot time, cancellation time etc. ### 1/5 — Cheaters, Fraud -give my money back *2025-06-12* They are cheaters and big fraud. Don’t buy cars from spinny or-else you will loose your money on waste cars. Recently i bought a car from spinny hub ( Honda amaze) first they said there is 5 days money back guarantee if you don’t like the car , i found many problems in that car and told spinny person they said come to our hub we ll take our car back and process your refund but now its been more thn 10 days no refund i received and i went to spinny hub many times but still they are denying to accept the car back . I went to their spinny hub like 9 to 10 times overall before ending the 5 days back guarantee also. They said after that like they will collect the car from my house but that was a fake promise no one came to pick the car also . Now i am going to file a complaint against spinny in court.
