Spinny has the worst inspection service. Once you purchase the vehicle may be theft vehicles too because I have come across with such a situation where they only give tue delivery of vehicle and the documents were missing. I was stuck with the vehicle for more the 3 months as I couldn’t sell the vehicle without any documents. My Inspection Mismatch claim was ₹15,000 (with clear proof). Spinny’s own team first confirmed ₹5,500, then reduced it to ₹4,500 against their own communication. Finally, they cancelled my deal and kept my ₹35,000 token without refund. This is highly unprofessional and feels like cheating. A company of this scale should not twist policies and withhold partner/customer money.
