Unfortunately, the service has declined significantly. My recent experience was very disappointing, with poor customer support and an overall lack of professionalism. I expected the same quality of service that made me trust Spinny for years, but this time it fell far short. I hope Spinny improves its service and customer experience. Spinny has the worst inspection service. Once you purchase the vehicle may be theft vehicles too because I have come across with such a situation where they only give tue delivery of vehicle and the documents were missing. I was stuck with the vehicle for more the 3 months as I couldn’t sell the vehicle without any documents. My Inspection Mismatch claim was ₹15,000 (with clear proof). Spinny’s own team first confirmed ₹5,500, then reduced it to ₹4,500 against their own communication. Finally, they cancelled my deal and kept my ₹35,000 token without refund. This is highly unprofessional and feels like cheating. A company of this scale should not twist policies and withhold partner/customer money. Very disappointing experience. ### 1/5 — Fraud company *2025-09-16* This company is a complete fraud. They sold me a second-hand car that had been in a major accident, but nowhere in their report was this mentioned. The car has multiple hidden issues — airbags damaged, full body repainted, engine shaking, gear and steering problems — none of these were disclosed at the time of purchase. On top of that, they are refusing to take the car back and are unjustly deducting money from my wallet without any valid reason. As a dealer, I trusted their reports, but they are clearly selling with fake and misleading reports. This is pure cheating. Do NOT buy from this company. They are dishonest, hide critical damages, and scam customers. ### 1/5 — App is under development stage. *2024-09-07* App had lot’s of bugs, There is huge scope of improvement, Report is detailed but photos are improper, 5 star for inspection report. 1 Star for app. ### 1/5 — Worst app with worst staff *2024-08-16* Their staff is bad in response and not working. Squad Spinny ### 4/5 — Good cars with average service *2025-01-13* Spinny provides a good range of cars but their sales and services are not upto the mark . The KAM and the team leader are very irresponsible and don’t care much about their channels partners as we need to make multiple calls to gather information relating to our purchase which make us feel unattended and eventually lose trust in their business. I request the management to look into this as it tarnishes the image of the company and they really need to have work ethics and integrity . their help support is very responsive but cannot solve the problem as they have limited access to different verticals in the company.A special mention about Mr GOUTHAM who is responsible for on boarding channel partners, he is very helpful and dedicated , he is the only one who responds instantly and try’s his best to solve the problem and takes responsibility to make sure we believe in the operations of the company, people like him are required in every domain for smooth functioning.
