There are a few things I would change. If the editing could be more precise it would be way more helpful. Also adding incremental markers for the vinyl size adjuster so that if I wanna replicate the same size vinyl it would make it easier. ### 3/5 — Good, not great. *2025-05-09, version 5.1.9* This app is mostly there. I would say 80% of the way there. It lacks some basic editing features like the ability to save projects, resize/rotate backgrounds, resize the “label” in the center of the vinyl. Also if you use text, fonts are very limited, theres no centering guides or markers, and the text will not spin with the vinyl. Lastly, the EFFECTS for premium users has been “coming soon” since the app launched. When will those features actually be added?? Ive had the app since almost the beginning, Im basically paying the subscription fee JUST to be able to remove the watermark. This app may be a niche use case, but to artists like myself its great to tease new music quickly and creatively. With some UI and software/feature improvements, this app could be the best on the market. Its already one of the very few. ### 4/5 — Audio editing *2025-02-08, version 5.1.6* Hard to set the audio start pointing to an exact position quickly enough, due to not being able to zoom the audio imagery displayed to users. User impact: frustration difficulty level, time lost. Although the base version will suffice for about 70% of users, the true value of this platform is realized through the customization that I was able to make use of in the premium version. The customization allowed for more visually appealing graphics that my friends and fans were more willing to share. Refund isn’t an option for some reason, so am now having to go through to Apple direct. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY ### 1/5 — Waste of money *2024-03-01, version 5.1.1* Made the mistake of paying for the premium of this... misold as there is no effects even though it states that's what your paying your money for, resolution of video is so poor, adding pictures only an option from your gallery on icloud and it takes an age and then when you click on a photo it keeps uploading the photo below. Absoulutely awful interface and a absolute waste of time and money. Would love a refund! ### 1/5 — Basically unusable for professional use *2023-06-11, version 4.1.3* If you upload a professionally designed artwork reminiscent of an actual vinyl label the rendered video quality is not usable for a proper instagram post even in the highest possible rendering quality settings and while using the premium version of the app. I actually like the overall simplicity of this app and it makes it really easy to produce a promo post on your phone in 3 minutes, which would take a lot longer usually on a Mac. Please get this rendering issue fixed because otherwise this app is not worth a penny. ### 1/5 — Music Never Uploads *2022-03-10, version 3.1.4* Cool App if I could get the music to upload , wheel just keeps spinning , left it loading thinking I was being impatient , 10 min went by music never surfaced , waste of $$$, would be cool if worked properly.!! Now whenever I want to share a new track I’ve recorded I simply add it to a SpinVid video and send it via wassap. It’s much easier then to D/L and keep on your phone, and much nicer too when you want to play it to friends. And of course it’s fantastic for uploading snippets to Facebook and Instagram. It’s really easy to use and although the variety of templates is a bit limited, you can change them up easily by adding your own images and videos to alter the background and the disc. Also I have to say, I did have a slight problem so I contacted SpinVid via their Instagram page and they responded within 20 minutes and resolved the issue straight away which I was very impressed with. ### 5/5 — Finally a decent app that works *2024-11-17, version 5.1.3* Thanks to Ravi who’s helped me learn very quickly.
