Check online users reviews before subscribing. My card was charged $250.00 Canadian while I had never actually subscribed nor did I ever use the program. They now refuse a refund due to their ‘policies’. ### 1/5 — Courses cut early! *2026-08-26* Bought 2 month long courses, assumed I could dip in and out however due to a forced break of about 5 days due to family circumstances, I was unable to continue or even access the courses I paid for, even when both were still well within the 4 week plans, thinking I could at least get the last 14-20 daily exercises, but no! To continue the app wanted me to pay a further £49 for the monthly subscription, and not only that but on 2 occasions within the last 2 weeks Spirio has attempted to take the money out of my account - without authorisation but luckily am bank blocked this, and another payment of £5 something for another thing I did not ask for! Not impressed Spirio! Seems like just another swindle by greedy people with no morals targeting people who want to better themselves or help get themselves out of difficult situations! Please do contact me as I would like my money back for the courses I paid for but were unable to complete! **Developer response:** Hi Dan! They’ll keep charging you even after your account is deleted. Their customer service is not helpful at all. ### 1/5 — Scam *2026-06-16, version 2.5.3* An app that masquerades as being good for wellbeing yet hides a £39.99 per month subscription behind a £12.99 introduction fee. Shame, the content itself I found beneficial but nobody likes a deceitful and expensive scam. ### 1/5 — Misleading *2026-06-16* When setting up my account it asked me if I wanted to add a couple things to my plan but did not state there was a price and it immediately charged an additional £40 to my card without asking for me to approve the payment in the usual way Apple Pay does.
