Had everything set and all for a concert booked way in advance. Only to be told 3 weeks before our plans that the schedule flight changed so my flights were canceled. Now I have no choice but find another expensive flight since it’s such a short notice. Unfortunately all great things have to come to an end. People complain about bag prices, seat comfort, no complimentary snacks.. etc. but always return. Why? Because they know that for short trips 3 hours or less, it’s a no brainer to choose Spirit. Terrible day for all parties and employees involved.
