And what is even better, several other options are included : a standard wordless drumming recording for journeying, a white noise wordless one also for journeying, and DM's GREAT Relax Completely session. I am delighted with the four apps which I have purchased from his series. The Easy Weight Loss also includes a wonderful session on releasing limiting beliefs and emotions. Great for helping your weight loss but can also be used in overcoming old emotions from traumatic memories. That one was worth the price of the app all by itself. His experience in this field is reflected in the perfect construction of the hypnosis audio, and the obvious research which has gone into each of the different areas he covers. Would suggest downloading the free app first to see if you are compatible with Darren's style before buying, however. Accessing Inner Power, for me, produced instant results; it made me feel like I could take on the world. Noticing continual, definite physical and mental improvements. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Oh dear *2012-10-07* I have a couple of the Darren Marks hypnosis apps & love them but this one is just awful. I can hardly hear what he is saying because of the background music & the awful "freezer motor" sound (I think this is called binaural sound but it gave me a REALLY awful headache ). I am 51 years old yet suffer from chronic pain every second of every minute of every hour of every day. I suffer from Peripheral Neuropathy as well as Degenerative Disc Disease and Spinal Stenosis. I have the entire collection of these apps and they all help me fall a sleep at night and that is well worth the price. The visualizations are also fantastic and they help me with the pain I feel every second. They provide a "distraction" and I can't express enough that this app as well as all the others are my prescription I carry with me all the time! They beat any medication, procedure or physical therapy choice that I've ever had! Thank you so much for helping us who live with the invisible disease of "chronic pain". Nobody would guess that these apps and the IPad would help so many with physical limitation and PAIN! Finding your power animal and learning to use it is one of the greatest and most beneficial techniques you can learn. The techniques may be applied to all areas of pain: body, mind, spirit and emotion. Darren's tone of voice and volume is exactly correct for the listening ear. It's very gentle and relaxing. The words are simple in an everyday language. He allows you to go on your own journey into your own world. You can not get "lost" or feel threatened, but you do feel secure with the sound of his voice. I also adore the music. It's very well suited for this hypnosis. Darren is certainly gifted and will amaze you in every way!
