## What is Spirit Box & Ghost Detector?

Something is in the room with you. Find it.

Spirit Box & Ghost Detector turns your iPhone or iPad into a paranormal field kit — a camera radar that reveals apparitions around you, a spirit box that answers your questions, an EMF meter driven by the real magnetometer, and an EVP tape recorder. Every catch is saved to your own case file.

CAMERA SCAN — RADAR AND APPARITIONS
• Hold up your phone and turn slowly; the radar shows how close the entity is
• Apparitions manifest in the live camera view — the closer you get, the stronger they appear
• The moment one shows itself, an evidence photo is captured automatically

GHOST BOX SB-33 — SPIRIT BOX
• AM radio sweep, 530–1730 kHz, with real static and a voice pushed through a radio filter
• Tap a question key, or switch on Listen and ask out loud
• Every session has its own entity — a name, a mood and its own way of answering
• The entity answers in your language: English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Japanese, Korean or Chinese
• Silence is an answer too, and the whole session is saved to a log you can share

EMF METER EM-33
• Live readings from the built-in magnetometer in microtesla
• Needle dial, K-II style LED ladder, history graph, peak hold and reset

EVP RECORDER RX-33
• Ghost tapes that unlock as you catch apparitions
• Stereo VU meters and tape deck controls

CASE FILE
• Every apparition is stored with the time and the EMF reading
• Share a photo or a Ghost Box session in a tap

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.1.4 — 2026-10-28

Bug fixes: the Ghost Box keeps working when headphones or Bluetooth connect, Listen mode is more stable, and the camera scanner uses less memory on older iPhones.

### 1.1.3 — 2026-10-09

Small improvements and bug fixes. Halloween is coming — turn off the lights and scan your house… if you dare.

### 1.1.2 — 2026-10-02

Small improvements and bug fixes. Halloween is coming — turn off the lights and scan your house… if you dare.

### 1.1.1 — 2026-09-22

Easier ghost hunting: on-screen arrows now show which way to turn, the radar highlights what your camera sees, and the scanner tells you when to hold still. Ghosts no longer appear while the phone points at the floor.

Ghost Box: Listen mode no longer switches the box off after the microphone prompt.

Fixed a crash when the spirit voice could not be synthesized.

### 1.1 — 2026-09-17

Now on iPad! The full field kit — camera radar, Ghost Box, EMF meter, EVP recorder and case file — laid out for the bigger screen.

Every entity has been redrawn: 22 new apparitions, translucent and wispy, dissolving into mist — and a lot more unsettling.

Ghost Detector now speaks your language: German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Japanese, Korean and Chinese. The Ghost Box answers in your language too.

Smoother camera scan, and the entity that lurks behind you now holds still long enough to be caught.
