SPIRIT TRACE — Investigate Differently. What if the most important response isn’t the one you hear once—but the one that keeps coming back? SPIRIT TRACE is a new paranormal investigation tool built around a different idea: don’t just chase individual words. Trace what happens across an investigation. Ask questions. Listen. Observe. Record potential responses. SPIRIT TRACE helps you look for repeated words, possible speech fragments, sequences and connections that may be easy to miss in the moment. THE BREAKTHROUGH: TRACE, NOT JUST DETECT Most paranormal apps focus on producing a word, sound, signal or visual event and then leave you to decide what it means. SPIRIT TRACE is designed around what happens next. A word appears. You ask another question. A similar word appears later. A sound fragment seems to return. A pattern begins to form. Instead of treating every moment as a separate event, SPIRIT TRACE helps you follow the thread. That’s the idea behind Trace Field. TRACE FIELD During an investigation, potential responses can become part of a visual trail. Repeated words, possible speech fragments and emerging connections can be brought together so you can see what may be developing across the session. ASK. LISTEN. TRACE. Start an investigation and ask questions by voice or text. Listen during response windows and watch for potential speech fragments and patterns. Follow the investigation timeline and review what happened rather than relying only on memory. SPIRIT TRACE is made for the moments that make you stop and think: “Did that just happen again?” “Did I hear that word before?” “Was that connected to my question?” Now you can trace the session and investigate the possibility for yourself. BLIND MODE Want to reduce expectation and confirmation bias? Use Blind Mode to investigate without seeing certain detected information as it happens. Review the session afterward and compare what you experienced with what was recorded. SKEPTIC MODE Prefer a more critical investigation? Skeptic Mode encourages you to question, compare and review potential responses rather than immediately accepting them as paranormal evidence. SPIRIT TRACE DOESN’T CLAIM TO PROVE THE PARANORMAL SPIRIT TRACE is an experimental paranormal investigation tool. It does not scientifically verify ghosts, spirits, communication with the dead or paranormal activity. Potential words, speech fragments and patterns can have ordinary explanations, including background noise, interference, environmental sounds, expectation and human interpretation. That’s why SPIRIT TRACE is about investigating—not claiming. BUILT FOR REAL INVESTIGATIONS • Ask questions by voice or text • Listen during dedicated response windows • Identify potential speech fragments and repeated words • Follow responses on an investigation timeline • Explore connections through Trace Field • Use Blind Mode for a less expectation-driven session • Use Skeptic Mode for a more critical approach • Record and review investigation sessions • Revisit previous investigations and compare what happened • Discover patterns that may be difficult to notice in real time FOR PARANORMAL INVESTIGATORS Use SPIRIT TRACE at home, in historic locations, outdoors, during paranormal investigations or EVP sessions. Put your phone down. Ask a question. Listen carefully. Then trace what happened. WHY SPIRIT TRACE? Because paranormal investigation shouldn’t always be about waiting for a dramatic hit. Sometimes the most interesting moment is a small word that returns. A fragment that appears twice. A response that seems to follow a question. A connection you only notice when the whole session is viewed together. SPIRIT TRACE gives you a way to investigate those moments. Don’t just collect strange moments. TRACE THEM. Start your investigation and see what you notice. ## Version history (last 2 releases) ### 1.0.2 — 2026-09-05 Update to Spirit Trace Added full Pro feature unlocking Trace Memory Pattern Detection Connections Repeat Testing Trace Pulse and advanced Case File analysis Added free/Pro feature limits improved investigation history and saved investigation controls plus improved stability and investigation functionality ### 1.0 — 2026-09-03 No release notes. ## Apps similar to spirit trace | App | Rating | Price | Category | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | [Ghost Lab: Hunting Kit & Radar](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/ghost-lab-hunting-kit-and-radar/id6811704808) | 5.0 (1) | Free | Entertainment | | [Ghost Detector: Spirit Box EMF](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/ghost-detector-spirit-box-emf/id6792864879) | — | Free | Entertainment | | [Séance: Spirit Box & EVP](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/seance-spirit-box-and-evp/id6794465949) | 1.0 (1) | Free | Entertainment | | [SpiritKit: Ghost Spirit Box](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/spiritkit-ghost-spirit-box/id6795232196) | — | Free | Entertainment | | [Spirit Box EMF Ghost Talker](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/spirit-box-emf-ghost-talker/id6810179042) | 3.0 (4) | Free | Entertainment | | [HauntMap](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/hauntmap/id6767148624) | — | Free | Entertainment | ## More apps by Russell Charles Hodgson - [The Hook Vault](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/the-hook-vault/id6762367422) - [PaceCut AI: Auto video editor](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/pacecut-ai-auto-video-editor/id6773815352) All apps by Russell Charles Hodgson: https://appshunter.io/developer/1890518787 ## Related topics [spirit fanfiction and stories](https://appshunter.io/ios/topics/spirit-fanfiction-and-stories) --- *Data collected daily from the US App Store and indexed by [AppsHunter](https://appshunter.io/).
