## What is SpiritOfLife?

The Spirit of Life app presents short sounds, music, and Dene First Nation meditations related to birth and rebirth. It includes original music, and meditative sounds. It also includes some aphorisms from the children's book "The Rainbow, The Midwife, and the Birds", published by Durvile and UpRoute Books (available on Apple Books).
