The music is too distracting. The drums are too loud and the sound of the stick annoying. And the piano intro has been overused and is not that great. I wish I could get reimbursed. I could not even finish the first time listening. I don't think I can get the full benefit of what it claims to help with if I am totally unable to relax and let go, which I usually succeed in doing with his other apps. I hope this review is not hidden from the public as it seems to happen with bad reviews on App Store...I wish I knew before paying what others thought about this one. ### 2/5 — Not what I expected *2014-04-08, version 1* Didn't work for me but the first time I used the app I fell asleep on the awake recording. Once you get past the accent (I still struggle with that and find it distracting) - the quality, surround sound effects and quality of content is second to none. The hypnosis was rather vivid and easy to visualize. I could see myself breathing through my heart chakra very well, and could see/feel the light flowing through my feet and the waterfall rushing through my head. It was as though my body opened up and I was everywhere and nowhere at the same time. I used the sleep version and when I went to sleep, I dreamt that I had been hit by a car and had become a blob of protoplasm on the road. Someone was scooping me up into a mesh bag but I kept oozing out of the mesh and back onto the road. All of the things I experienced fit with the concept of the app cleaning out--detoxifying--my energies from past traumas.
