Don’t even bother to download. ### 1/5 — Can’t access *2022-11-27, version 22.09.30* The opening screen asks for a ‘work email’???? Haven’t got one so I input my email address - ‘…..email not registered to any buildings on our system…..’?!?!! Useless for Spitalfields customers for who I thought this was intended. ### 1/5 — Why do you want my email? *2022-01-18, version 21.12.03* You can’t do or see anything on this app without entering an email address. You don’t need my email when I go there to walk around so why do I need it for the app? For what? I don't know. They don't say. Just put your email in, and that's required first before anything else? Backward world. No you can not have my email. It's not engaging to ask for this upfront. It's off putting. I don't engage with systems who demand I give before I get. Engagement is an exchange of value and trust to form a relationship where value and experience is exchanged.
