App is pretty much non functional. Cannot even scroll down or pull up the rewards scanner. Also the point system makes no sense. I ordered $80 worth of food but only got 28 points??

App just outsources Doordash. It’s not in house delivery and prices are pretty much the same across the board for other delivery apps. Worse yet, my last delivery got lost since they have no insight into the delivery drivers.

Love the food, love the people, but the app doesn’t work consistently. It recently started requiring me to enter a delivery time — but there is no field to enter a time. So I just can’t order.

This app is so incredibly frustrating to use. The location feature doesn’t work unless you reload the page. The free coupons for signing up don’t work properly. We selected Dine In and it sent it to Curbside. Terribly coded, awful app. Save yourself a headache and order in person.

I love Spitz restaurant, having been going for almost 10 years. Food is so good, definitely 5 stars for quality and value. Please just allow phone orders, having an app for a single restaurant is annoying.

I tried to call in my order to my local Spitz-Eagle Rock in LA and was met with a voice recording telling me to download the app and order online. Downloaded app and my store is not listed as an option for pick up or delivery. Seems like a major oversight.

Slick design and easy to use - it’s nice to order ahead of time when we’re in a hurry and we eat here alllllll the time. The rewards are killer good and have a ton of variety in when they can be redeemed. Love SPITZ and excited to see this app continue to grow.

Super simple and easy and I love all the rewards they give me!   Also the prices are cheaper than ordering on doordash so that’s a major plus!
