I tried to delete it and add it back since I had payed for it already and it froze. I have emailed SPIVI multiple times and they have not bothered to respond! HORRIBLE customer service. I guess they have my money so they don’t care? I’m a cycle instructor teaching at a facility that have SPIVI so I use SPIVE multiple times a week and it’s very frustrating to me that I can’t use their Apple Watch app and they can’t reply to any of my emails. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — No connection *2025-04-17, version 1.7* It only works on iPhone with Apple Watch, so it does fit with amazfit ### 1/5 — Not working *2025-03-04, version 1.7* The app wasn’t working properly. It wouldn’t even start on my watch. Even when I left the gym the app kept opening up on my watch every 30 seconds trying to connect it. It wouldn’t shut off. Had to delete it to get it to stop. Then when I tried downloading it again it was saying already purchased but it was not on my phone or watch and not even in my app purchase history.
