My mom got this game for me. I am in grade 5 going 6and tbh this game was never fun and I think that the hippo voice is kinda stupid. Maybe try more mature games for like older grades. This app is perfectly designed as a quick and fun review or extra practice during the week. The lessons are engaging enough to keep their attention and make it fun and short enough to not feel like work. I love that there are online classes they can attend with a real teachers for that extra learning support. The only criticism I have is that there isn’t a help button for the lessons and learning games that I have found and my children have a hard time hearing the spelling words correctly. The payment was successfully processed, and the money was taken from my account. However, I never received access to the premium features I paid for. When I contacted customer support, they insisted that I only had the regular subscription-even though I clearly paid for premium. To make matters worse, they told me to provide proof of purchase (a receipt), even though they should already have that information on file. I paid for a service I didn't receive, and now I'm being asked to jump through hoops to fix their mistake. They give you a free seven day trial but if you don’t sign up for it they get you with the annual subscription at $69.
