You can also adjust the profiles to your child’s need so that they are learning within they’re educational parameters. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Can’t use on Android… *2026-03-21, version 7.4.4* If you buy a subscription on an iPad, you will not be able to use it on an Android device. ### 1/5 — Convoluted purchase process *2026-01-13* The games are fun, my kids love them but you are limited to 2 games per day so I went ahead and paid for the yearly subscription. They promised a 7 day trial, yet charged me the same day for the year. I upgraded from my son's account but we have a family shared id for purchases, the app didn't update, I then created a new account using my apple ID that was used to pay, still didn't work. My child loss all of his progress because you can't merge accounts, i contacted support, they were useless- no resolution for neither the login issue nor the trial. I have followed their instructions to a T and still cannot log into the paid membership- this is NOT user friendly (I have an IT background so I'm not a complete idiot) - Customer service still has not refunded me so I guess I have to involve my credit card company now. Proceed with caution if you end up upgrading to the paid version. **Developer response:** We understand how frustrating this experience has been. App Store billing and trials are managed by Apple; charge timing can vary based on how the upgrade is processed, but we agree this should have been much smoother. Her school doesn’t do homework for her age but it’s so helpful to know where she is at in her progress and this app is letting me see how much she knows and is learning and all through games. She loved creating her character there are lots of options and so far every game she’s played has clear instructions so she isn’t confused or frustrated about what to do. It is such a great app. I would definitely recommend we love splash reading gave her a really great experience. It definitely helped and improved math skills. She learned how to add subtract divide and multiply. She was the first grader at a third graders level. She struggled in reading until using this app. It has helped her read full sentences and that’s where she lacked a lot. I am so happy she is finally reading at a fast speed in chapter books such as Junie B Jones I have a first grader ready for third grade.
