So I switched to my Android & it won’t send to that either (also +1 US number). Google voice fails too. Furthermore, many people don’t have SMS plans when they travel (I do) so using only SMS is dumb. Send me an email or use Apple Pay to validate the account. Repeated emails to their “support” have gone unanswered. Very unprofessional, poorly designed, & completely dysfunctional app. Use one of the other 2 or 3 scooters out there, their apps work all the time. ### 1/5 — Phone number would not register. *2024-02-16* It said my USA phone number was invalid.
