From weekly pick entry, to following your picks, to entering and receiving payment, absolutely everything is not just worse, but terrible. Such a shame. ### 1/5 — New version hide information *2026-09-05, version 3.9.2* Last year in the pickem, it would show a list of your picks after submitting with teams and spreads and would update as the games went on. The new app only shows the team you picked and no spread info and only that the game is “Complete”. No score, no pick spread. It sucks. ### 1/5 — HATE THE UPDATE *2026-09-05, version 3.9.2* The worst update possible. No longer convenient and quick to look at your results. It’s clunky, way more options to click through to see anything. Not clean. Feels like it took a step backwards. But it's 2026, who is sitting around on a desktop or laptop computer on a Saturday? Also the format is worse than OFP, more scrolling, harder to follow. Don't need a bunch of flashy graphics, just want to see the picks ### 1/5 — Terrible interface *2026-09-05, version 3.9.2* Terrible interface with the new update. You can’t even see your own 5!picks on one screen without scrolling. Go back to the old interface. ### 1/5 — Abject Disaster *2026-09-05, version 3.9.2* Seriously the worst thing ever. Ever. Ever. They took over office football pool and their site is completely incompetent. No confirmation email sent after picks are made. Very unfriendly experience. You can only use simulated standing in desktop mode. The process of submitting games is shockingly complicated. They don’t list team ranking or highlight which games are televised. And we’re also now finding out the lines for the college football pick em pool still move after a pick is submitted. Support says there is a setting for commissioner to “lock spread”, which the fact that’s required alone is absurd - but on top of that - there is no setting available to lock spreads like I was told by support. It’s unfathomable to think there is a worse operation in any walk of life than Splash Sports. You have to click things like 8 times just for it to work. It freezes and exits out randomly. Also, when you’re playing a game against the spread, you don’t get to see what the spread is after you lock in your picks. You’re just expected to remember what every spread was. I reached out to customer service and they’re impossible to communicate with. It’s frustrating. ### 1/5 — NFL Confidence Pool *2026-09-03, version 3.9.2* Extremely hard to navigate, tons of emails for $ contests, and now in a confidence pool the % of people in the league that picked the team is shown. (Can’t remove it according to help desk) Entire purpose is not have any insight on what people in the league are picking. Use to run multiple pools a year but since Splash Sports took over I’m done to 1 and this is the last year because of the site. The new app update looks like a high schooler made it as a school project … and failed. ### 1/5 — MASSIVE DOWNGRADE *2026-09-01, version 3.9.2* I don’t know what you guys did to this app but the group pick em functionality is the most ridiculous, non-user friendly thing I’ve ever seen. Has your new developer ever gambled? Does he know how sports work? This is an all time downgrade. Then Splash bought it and took away some of the features Not being able to do the drag and drop for points anymore is insane, and the feature that you could pick the games during the week to simulate what place people would get was so nice. You could get a whole lot more information about the games(instead of none now). Once the games started the grid format was a lot more user friendly to follow not only your games, but everyone else’s pick’s also. Would really prefer the old format that worked for years. I would like it on one screen and being able to drag it back to that. They have now decided to get rid of the drag and drop option for the confidence pool which is infuriating to me. I’m considering dropping out of my confidence pool because of this. They went from a seamless format of choosing confidence pool picks to making it as difficult as possible.
