## What is SplashLens?

SplashLens Field Tools is a proof-first pool and spa service app for technicians, CPOs, and facility operators who need PartSnap pool parts ID, fast equipment troubleshooting lookup, connected-pool field guidance, chemical dosing math, route notes, and Service Proof Passport records.

Use SplashLens to:

- Search 230+ pool equipment, automation, lighting, robot, cover, sanitizer, and controller troubleshooting entries
- Use PartSnap to photograph unknown pool parts and receive possible manufacturer/model/part-number clues with verification prompts
- Send quick in-app feedback after PartSnap or scan results so wrong or missing references can be reviewed
- Review PartSnap Callback Risk Score, missing proof, Service Proof Passport saves, Mystery Part ticket IDs, and Apprentice Mode prompts
- Build cleaner field packets for senior tech review, vendor support, or CRM notes
- Capture Service Proof Passport history with readings, photos, voice notes, customer-safe summaries, and next-visit context
